No. We do not promise sales numbers. Our work is focused on transforming how your business is seen, so that you look and feel like a strong brand in your category. Better perception usually supports better sales over time, but if you only want immediate sales spikes, this is not the right service for you.

Most clients start noticing a clear upgrade in how they look within the first 30 to 60 days. Genuine brand shifts in perception usually take 3 to 6 months of consistent work. If you need results next week, this is not the right kind of marketing for you.

No. Ad spends are not included in any of our plans. Our fee covers strategy, creative, content, shoots and management. The media budget you want to put behind campaigns on Meta, Google or other platforms is billed separately by those platforms and paid from your own accounts.

Yes. Our retainers are built around content that looks like your brand, not stock fillers. Shoots are included in the scope and planned as part of the monthly calendar. If your project needs extra locations, travel or special setups, those are estimated separately and discussed in advance.

We work on a 100% advance model. Once your scope and term are finalised, the full fee for that phase is paid upfront to block the team, shoot days and production calendar for your brand. Our fee covers strategy, creative, content and shoots. Ad spends are always separate and are paid directly by you to the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
